25th Week in Country and JMMT Nearing Completion

Finally made it to the New Year and am busier than ever. New folks have been arriving and after my 3 projects are completed I may be able to have more time to write. My friend Harly has arrived from Kirkush and is transitioning back home to San Diego tomorrow. He has done a super job teaching and training Iraqi engineers to manage construction projects and will leave Iraq knowing he has done all he could to help some folks "do it themselves". Well done Harly and I pray you have a safe trip home. Downdabayu, day say, "Ya did good, yeh Cher". Thank you for your service BRO, ya made us all very proud.
I thought I'd share a pic or 2 of the latest from the Postal Facility soon to be known as the Joint Military Mail Terminal or JMMT. I'm trying my best to to be in the testing stage by the end of the month when I plan to rotate back home for R&R. Hope to see yall then ...

Buffer...it was good hearing your voice at Christmas. Wish we could have seen you and hate that we won't see you when you rotate back in next month. William is now a full fledged Salsa maker....I have to say, the batch he and I made for Christmas was almost too hot even for HIM! I'm sure you can whip him back into shape when you get home...a few weeks of the hot stuff and he'll be back! Take care and enjoy your time back home bro...Talk to you soon

LOL Thanks Uncle Phillip...good to hear my main man was in good hands for the Salsa treatment. Look forward to the break. Too bad I can't get out to Bloomington this time. Hope we can connect this summer. Love to Celeste and kids. Be sure to tell Mathew to look after his sisters for me and make us proud. I'm countin on him...
